What suppliers do we work with?

Currently, we have three active vendors we work with to deliver the products we offer to you:

  • Printify is a print-on-demand provider we use to print and ship items bearing our custom designs to our customers.
  • ShineOn is a print-on-demand provider we use to manufacture custom jewelry and engraved products.
  • TRENDSI is a dropshipping supplier specializing in fashionable apparel and accessories. They supply all of the pre-made items in our current catalog.
How long does shipping take?

Due to our business model, different products within an order may be shipped from different suppliers.

This means that there isn't a simple one-size-fits-all answer to this question. When we create the listings for the items we offer, we assign each one to a shipping profile tied to the specific vendor that will fulfill the order of that item. During checkout, if you have selected items that will deliver from multiple suppliers, these will be grouped together during checkout, and delivery windows for each supplier will be provided. This will provide you with the estimated delivery window for shipments to your destination country based on the information each vendor has provided to us.

Can I return my items?

Yes! We offer a 5-day return window on eligible items. The window starts from the date of delivery provided by the carrier, so be sure to check your item(s) as soon as you receive them.

To initiate a return, please first review our refund policy carefully to ensure your items are returnable (available here). If they are, please open a support request with the store, and we will initiate your return. Do not mail any items without receiving a return authorization, as any items mailed back without it will not be processed.

How can I get in contact with RAINSTORM?

Do to the nature of being a small business we currently handle all customer communication related to our e-commerce platform via email. Every new communication we receive creates a support ticket in our internal tracking tool and sends a notification to us that a new item needs to be addressed. We do this to ensure we keep track of all requests and have documented information that we can refer back to for any follow-up correspondence.

To create a support ticket, you simply need to submit your inquiry via the contact form available here. Upon submission, you will receive an automatic response confirming we received your message successfully, and provide you with the ticket number for your reference.

Please note that we have a strict communication policy in place around what is acceptable communications with our company. We do this for the benefit of our customers and the protection of our company and staff.

This policy states that in order to provide the best service possible, we only engage in communication directly related to the support of our customers, potential customers and visitors to our site with questions related to the products we offer, issues/questions/returns related to orders placed, or questions or issues related to any of our documented policies.
