Shipping Fees
Item shipping charges will be calculated within the cart based upon the items' fulfillment partners' provided rates, and will be charged to the customer upon checkout. Exceptions apply for:
- Orders shipping within the US with a total greater than $75 USD for qualifying items
- Items shipped to the US that are tagged as a free shipped item.
*NOTE: Not all items qualify for free shipping. If an item does not indicate that it is eligible for free shipping on the product page, then normal shipping charges for those item(s) will apply at checkout. Also, if an option other than the base level shipping is selected, additional shipping charges will apply.
RAINSTORM offers items for sale through a drop-shipping business model. This means that items in one order may have multiple fulfillment providers. Shipping charges are tied to each vendor profile, so items from different vendors may have differing shipping fees, options and timelines available. These will be broken out within the cart at checkout based on the shipping profiles configured within the system.
Taxes, Tariffs & Duties
RAINSTORM Ltd, collects sales taxes for items in the jurisdiction we are legally required to do so for. Any taxes, tariffs and/or duties required by the buyer's local country and jurisdiction is the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to check your applicable laws for details as to what you should expect when purchasing from out of state/out of country retailers.
Order Fulfillment
Rainstorm Ltd does not maintain physical inventory on-site. Upon receipt and final approval of an order, items will be submitted to our third-party fulfillment partners who handle all product warehousing and shipment. This business model is called drop-shipping, and means that items ordered together may be fulfilled from different vendor partners, and therefore arrive in separate packages and on different days/times. Partners may delay shipping items up to 1 business day to consolidate items they supply into as few shipments as possible to minimize costs. If items from multiple orders are consolidated resulting in reduced shipping costs, the customer will be notified and the savings will be refunded to their original payment method. While most orders will be approved and forwarded to fulfillment partners within a day, the standard processing window is up to 4 business days. Any expected delays beyond this timeframe due to high volume or store employee vacations will be displayed on the shop announcement banner at the top of the home page.

- TRENDSI - Fashionable clothing, apparel and accessories
Rainstorm Custom Products
Each product tagged as a Rainstorm Custom Design is made to order (MTO) through our network of third-party printing partners and suppliers. Because these items are created only after your order is placed, the processing time before shipping may be extended due to our vendors' current production capacity, material availability, and existing order queues. While many partners typically complete production within 2 days, customers should anticipate a potential additional 3-7 business days in the processing timeline before shipping occurs. This extended timeline is separate from and in addition to our standard shop processing window of up to 4 business days. We continuously monitor our partners' production status and will notify customers of any significant delays beyond these expected timeframes.
Item Availability Issues
Occasionally, items that are ordered may be unavailable due to vendors being out-of-stock. If ordered items are identified to be out of stock, Rainstorm Ltd will contact the customer and determine if they would prefer to:
- Keep the order and have it fulfilled on back-order, or
- If available, swap with a different variation of the same product
Order cancellation due to stock availability will be refunded to the customer's original payment method (if charged) upon confirmation, and any returned funds should be available within 10 business days.
Timelines Disclaimer
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are for estimation purposes only. Actual timelines will depend on item availability, fulfillment partner product routing, carrier processing times, and other external factors. We do our best to provide accurate estimates ahead of time, but many factors are not within the direct control of Rainstorm Ltd, including weather delays, carrier capacity issues, and customs processing for international shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
